We only collect or have access to information that you voluntarily provide us through our website (www.intricateresearch.com), email or other direct contact from you. We will not disclose personal information for any purpose other than the purpose for which it was originally collected or subsequently authorized by the individual. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request. Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email in the future to inform you about our services, special information, or changes to this privacy policy.
Personal information will not be used or disclosed for purposes other than those for which it was collected except with the consent of the individual or as required by law. Our employees are allowed to access only information they have a “need-to-know.” All staff are trained in the need for privacy and confidentiality. They also are trained in our privacy policies and procedures, including prevention of record loss and unauthorized access. Review of Policy

All new Intricate Research officers/employee/affiliates shall be required to review a copy of this Policy and to acknowledge in writing that he or she has done so. This policy shall be reviewed annually by each member of the board of directors. Any changes to the policy shall be communicated immediately to all Intricate Research’s officers/employees/affiliates.
